CHEF ROBERTO RUIZ
Roberto Ruiz, the first Mexican chef to win a Michelin star in Europe and one of the main figures in contemporary Aztec cuisine, arrives in Barcelona to expand his gastronomic proposal in Spain.
Redefining the perception of his gastronomic legacy through the influences of the Pacific, his journey began in 2021 with the opening of Barracuda MX in Madrid and Mantarraya MX in Marbella, to later open Can Chan Chán MX in 2023.
Now, in Barcelona, Roberto has once again made his dream of “enchilar grandes productos ibéricos”, meaning “spice up Iberian products with chili” come true.
